Messaging Solutions Technical Support Engineer with strong knowledge of SMTP, POP, IMAP, TCP*IP, DNS technologies along with good Unix and Unix Scripting and Windows systems knowledge to provide support, advice to customers of this leader in solutions for message networks. You will be required to understand customer systems and configuration, analyze problems, identify defects and recommend solutions and manage customer expectations. You will be a graduate with 5+ years professional experience including 3rd line support and you will have excellent communication skills. Ideally you will be Security cleared, however if not, you must be a British National or have lived in the UK for over a year to gain security clearance.
